The problem with hot and heavy sexual connections is that they can fizzle. Did you see Nick's mom in the audience? She looks SO worried/unhappy. Does that mean they know Nick is a bit emotionally unstable?

I'm sure Nick is a nice guy but I just haven't bought it all season. It sounds like a script when he talks without much emotion behind it. It's like his mind is elsewhere when he's sharing his comments of love for her. He looks like he's thinking about what to order for dinner later.

@Carrie...if Shawn was jealous and angry with the other guys I would feel differently about him. But I can't really fault his distrust and dislike of Nick. The guys disliked Nick during Andi's season as well!
